You will be:
Forming product competency matrixes together with the product manager
Verifying the generated risk and return competency matrixes
Building reports on competency matrixes (indicators: sales, actual profitability, demand/liquidity, etc.)
Monitoring market trends and proposing new (or withdrawal from the range of non-relevant) competency matrixes
Implementing of competency matrixes into the product and further sales

What we expect from candidate:
Your experience as an analyst for at least 3 years (experience in the Future of Work / FreelanceTech is a plus)
You are interested in working with us in the Future of Work segment
You have experience in IT and/or digital industry
You have deep understanding of product competencies and their role in product teams
You have an interest in research, the ability to see trends and the logical connection between the changes taking place in the market
You have data driven approach in solving product problems
You have good written and spoken English at a level not lower than upper intermediate
