Business Process Manager

Задачи:
Identify AS-IS processes, analyse efficiency of current processes;

Set priorities in processes in accordance with the business targets;

Collect, identify, document and get approval of the business process requirements;

Estimate organisational efficiency and set up an efficient system of processes;

Determining and outlining business process improvements;

Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders;

Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives;

Analysing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed;

Performing ongoing analyses of business processes related to productivity, quality, costs and time management;

Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback;

Revising and updating procedures and policies.

Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in business management, project management or in a related field;

At least 2+ years of experience in business process management in a related industry/production;

Strong communication skills, ability to convince;

Experience in development of policies;

Flexible, multitasking;

Ready to lead changes;

Project management skills: develop work breakdown structure and setting goals for the teams;

Proficiency in business management software;

Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organisational skills;

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

Fully mobile;

Russian- native, English- intermediate (minimum).
