Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the ability to advance, standardize, and strengthen our QA practices and procedures. Responsibilities:
Create and execute detailed test plans from business requirements and functional specifications Testing new features, cover and deep testing of new builds and performance testing Perform initial analysis of technical issues and work closely with developers to reproduce and solve problems Obtain and preserve a high level of knowledge of the applications. Develop and uphold new QA standards when applicable Establish acceptance criteria during performance testing Constantly advance the QA process as a whole, including automation when applicable Desired Skills & Experiences:

Required:
Engineering or science background 3-5+ years experience in a QA role Strong experience designing, writing and executing test plans and test cases Comfortable executing exploratory testing without a written plan, only based on the understanding of the feature. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work well independently and within a team Confidence to recommend and implement new processes Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies Familiarity or experience with automated testing
